NATALIE KWAN
Personal Trainer
Natalie is one of the personal trainers at AJD Fitness. Her transition from dance to personal training reflects her passion for helping individuals become their strongest, most confident and healthiest version of themselves.
With her strong background in dance, she brings a fresh and creative perspective to training, along with a profound appreciation of the belief that 'movement is medicine'. Her approach to personal training integrates fitness with a broader sense of well-being and enjoyment of life's pleasures. For Natalie, fitness is more than just lifting heavy weights, it's about fostering strength and confidence that extend beyond the gym.
Outside of the gym, you'll find Nat catching up with friends over home-cooked meals paired with a glass of Sangiovese. She is an avid Arsenal supporter and loves all things soccer.
